Academic Requirements

• At least 10 years of formal education or equivalent or pass the placement test of SCI
• English Language with IELTS 5.5 & above or GCE ‘O’ Level graded C6 or better or pass SCI language proficiency test or equivalent

Non-Academic Requirements

• At least 16 years old and above

• Business Law & Ethics: Identify, analyze and evaluate practical situations and issues in the context of the business environment from a legal perspective.
• Business Statistics: Perform basic mathematical operations that require problem solving and critical thinking skills
• International Economics: Identify the causes and effects of various issues by using the economics theories and concepts from international economics perspectives
• Organizational Behaviour & Culture: Identify and explain the determinants of behaviour in organization
• Principles of Accounting: Describe the role and function of external financial reports and identify their users
• Principles of Information Systems: Explain systems characteristics and theory and apply basic information system concepts in an organizational context
• Principles of Management: Identify and describe the principles and concepts of management and organization
• Principles of Marketing: Apply the marketing concepts for future decision-making

• This course is assessed by written Assignments 50% & written examinations 50%. 

Graduation Criteria

• Local students (Singaporeans & PR) and students with Dependent Pass, attendance must not less than 75% and not absent for more than 7 days in a row. 
• International students’ (Student’s Pass holders) attendance must not less than 90% and not absent for more than 7 days in a row.
