  • 2 GCE N-Level passes or equivalent, including English and any other subject
• International Students
  • 10 years qualification or equivalent, with a pass in English and any one other subject
  • IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent

Assessment Methods

Assessment is via written assignments for all modules. For each of the 7 modules offered for the Diploma in Hospitality Management course, students will be assessed by their assignment which they will turn in by the due date. Each assignment has a 100% weightage. The modules assessed are:

• Principles of Marketing
• Food Safety and Health
• Introduction to Hospitality and Tourism
• Room Division Operations and Supervision
• Food and Beverage Management
• Principles of Quantitative Methods

Graduation Criteria

• Complete and pass all assignments, tests, exams and/or practical assessments
• Students will need to achieve a 90% attendance for the entire programme.
