Academic Requirements

• 3 Singapore-Cambridge GCE O-Level credits including English or
• Successful completion of at least 10 years of formal education
• Exceptionally, any other qualifications subject to the approval of the Academic Board
• IELTS 5.0 or equivalent language test results

Non-Academic Requirements

• Minimum age of 16 years or
• Minimum age of 21 years PLUS appropriate level of relevant work experience

Assessment Methods

A variety of assessment methods is used, including examinations, assignments and presentations, This is to prepare students for the variety of assessments methods that they are likely to encounter in their further studies. Assessments are held at the end of each module and resit assessments are conducted after the assessment and award board meetings which are held three times each year.

Academic Progression

On completion of the course students will be awarded a Shelton Certificate for Higher Education and can proceed to study for a Shelton Diploma or a PEARSON BTEC LEVEL 5 HND Diploma.
